School/Organization Registration

MiddleFest is open to ALL directors of 6th-8th grade singers in a choral setting, including public, private, and charter schools, as well as community organizations.
NEW: Initial deposit includes organization registration and includes your first 3 singers.
ACDA MEMBERS: $175 deposit INCLUDES FIRST 3 SINGERS ($25 registration + 3 singers at $50 each)
Non-ACDA members: $190 deposit INCLUDES FIRST 3 SINGERS ($40 registration = 3 singers at $50 each), then any additional singers $50 each to be paid later.
Allotments will be sent ASAP following the deadline. We'll know how many groups are coming! It is "assumed" that your first 3 singers will be 1 per part. Thank you for your flexibility with this. We hope it will support our pre-event cash flow and incentivize singer attendance.
Payment Process:
Once the registration form has been submitted, you will receive an invoice via email.
Invoices can be paid online via PayPal or by check, made out to NC ACDA with "MiddleFest" in the memo line, and mailed to the address found on the invoice. For questions, please email middlefest@ncacdaonline.org.
This year, we are pleased to offer two $200 scholarships to first-time attending organizations/schools. Apply by October 1st.

Please have this completed by each student and their parent/guardian. You will bring this to the registration desk upon your arrival at MiddleFest.
