School/Organization Registration
(Deadline: November 14, 2025)
This secures your spot in the festival and helps us to see how allotments each organization receives.
$25 per organization for ACDA Members
($40 per organization for non-ACDA Members)
Open to ALL directors of 6th-8th grade singers in a choral setting, including public, private, and charter schools, as well as community organizations.
All organizations are eligible for 6 allotments for 3-part mixed repertoire (two singers per part). Extra allotments to be determined and assigned closer to the event.
Payment Process
Once the registration form has been submitted, you will receive an invoice via email. Invoices can be paid online via PayPal or by check, made out to NC ACDA with "MiddleFest" in the memo line, and mailed to the address found on the invoice. For questions, please email middlefest@ncacdaonline.org.
Student Registration information will be sent later and is due by January 9, 2026. This will include final payment, lunch order, and shirt sizes.
Please have this completed by each participant and their parent/guardian. You will turn this in upon arrival at MiddleFest.
